Hello, TFC. Don't worry, I bring you no spam nor any violation of the forums. My name is Stormwing, an emissary to Her Majesty Miyuki Takara and Commander-in-Chief of the Takaran Imperial Coalition from the Takaran Empire in the Lucky Star World. I bring a message.
Aside from being this a direct order from Her Majesty, I believe in what I've read in the past few pages diapason_89 is the acting Secretary General. After his permanent suspension because of violation of the forums as he had told me in a personal discussion yesterday, he wanted to clear of his name as a lawbreaker and request amnesty to get back to service. Currently he is in the protection of the Takaran Empire in both military and diplomatic aspects. He is only waiting for his suspension to be uplifted. This is what he wanted to say to you: "I know I've been wrong, and I offer an apology for my actions not only towards my fellowmen but also to my superiors. Something like this won't happen again, I promise. But if you still wish to lay me behind the shadows, then so be it. Whatever your decision will be, I will respect it in the extent of my ability." i am deeply sorry for being a inactive member(if im still a member... maybe not anymore) and i would like to come back to TFC... and i would like to request as a individual the "uplifting" of diapson_89's crime, he may have broken the laws but he is regretting all of it now and he is in need of a second chance.... Diapson_89 was always unusually active but i respect him for that...
