well i believe there are enuf nanoha fans out there to make this thread viable...

to start things off, i just bought 2 issues of Megami for the posters of Nanoha, Fate, Hayate and Reinforce...there was also a few pages with pencil designs of the various characters...it also seemed as if they listed some of the attacks and their power level...omega kakoii!!!

What is Nanoha? I hear people talking about it but know nothing about it. Care to give an Anidb link or something?

there ya go, it's a pretty good series

Its actually one of the few non-intentionally-self-mocking mahou shoujo series I'm prepared to watch.

A notable achievement to be sure...

Woohoo I love Nanoha!!

This series has the most explosive mahou battles in anime history. Think Mai-hime style magic beam and blast fights. And the girls are loli cute mwahaha.

The only mahou shoujo title that is worth watching (currently)

Actually Magical Girl Lyrical Nanaha is widely agreed as an action/drama anime in a 'maho shoujo anime' disguise

haha and i just love the title...mahou shoujo lyrical nanoha hajimasu!

and the attacks are truly some of the best i've every seen...divine buster, starlight breaker, plasma lancer, ragnorak...even better than kagatsutchi!!!

The one on the left is ALTER's I like the detail....but damn I like what GSC did to the skirt on the right >< I also liked GSC's for the length but ALTER's Bardiche Zanbar Form has more detail you can see the core in bright yellow...the outer part is translucent though unlike the screenshot below

i heard that the GSC Bardiche Zanbar form's sword was around 20cm...if there isn't proper support it'd probably warp over time...and Alter's Fate has a very cool base...

a really...REALLY WIDE userbar? hmm I'll try... it'll involve massive editing and color toning hehe...gonna look for some official images...if not i'm gonna end up toning up screenies lol like what i did to the nono-chan sig....damn screens have dull colors (her eyes we're literally almost grey and black ><)and I had to crop the background to tone it and give it stripes...I guess toning for the Nanoha girls should be a good practice...for now I'll worry about the images and the overall size at the moment

kinda did alot of things....In the end i just used a simple one...was gonna do a 2-3 color combination diagonal line but its kinda noticable so just went with the usual just to go with the other userbars

Just to add in something bout Nanoha..(though they may had been mentioned but...ah anyway)
1) Third season is confirmed coming out..in 2007 it's called Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS
2) Yes, the story starts with Fate, Nanoha and Hayate already 16 years old.(waaa I want back my loli verse Fate!! Now I really sound like a pervert )
3) There's a manga on Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha A's which brings us all the side stories (including a doge ball match between Suzuka, Alisa VS Nanoha and Fate...guess which is the winning team? Haha it was seriously hillarious and Fate-chan in PE suit? Kawaaaaaiiiiii!)
4) For hardcore Nanoha series fans you should buy Megami Nov/Dec 2006(don't remember which) issue for they give out Nanoha and Hayate cardboard figurines (70cm tall) free with the magazine.
5) For Fate-chan fans you have to get the Nanoha A's artwork book (Megami Selection). You will find Fate and Nanoha cardboard cutout there (70cm too...but why? Why is there two Nanoha???)
6) The book mentioned in (5) is worth buying cause it's all A4 sizes poster of Nanoha series compiled together from every single Megami issue that has Nanoha series posters in it. The book is seriously an all posters book. Furthermore every page is make easy to tear like test pad....ahh...you get the idea.
7) I have Megami Deluxe May issue...which I went to Los Angeles to buy it (alright, I don't go there just for the book...I will be crazy...just on the way during holidays hahaha) and why I went LA to buy that? Cause it's banned in my country...stupid ~censored ~country. The front cover is Nanoha, Fate and Hayate so you can't miss that issue. What's so special in this mag? There's a 1 metre plus poster of Nanoha and Fate teenagers verse lying down nicely on the ben with their school uniform. Bad news for Nanoha and Fate lovers, the poster is printed two sides...so you gotta choose which side you wanna stick haha...

1. yeah which means Nanoha and Fate can compete in Sai-Moe again!!! though it'd be a hard choice between Hayate and Fate for me since like i said earlier, even though i'm a Nanoha fan she just looks...off...to me as a 16 year old...

OMG look what I discovered...Nanoha's official website has been updated.... www.nanoha.com. Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS is announced to be officially aired starting from April 1st 2007 and no this is NOT an april fool's joke.

There's a MAJOR change in this third season is that instead of beginning 6 years after Nanoha A's this StrikerS takes place 10 years after Nanoha A's. Yes, TEN YEARS. Which will make all of them around 19~20 years old.
